14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you approve your initial design concept. If you are not satisfied with our work during this period, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Conditions

• The 14-day period begins from the date you approve the initial design mockup
• You must notify us in writing of your intention to request a refund
• Any third-party costs (domain registration, stock photos, premium plugins) are non-refundable
• Refunds are only available for initial website builds, not maintenance or support services

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced:

• Before design approval: 50% refund of the total project cost
• After design approval but before development: 25% refund of the total project cost
• After development has started: No refund, but you will receive all completed work

Monthly Support & Hosting Packages

For our monthly support and hosting packages:

• You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Upon cancellation, you will receive a full export of your website files and database
• We will continue to provide hosting until the end of your paid period

Requesting a Refund

Please include your name, business name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5 working days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair solution for all parties.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

This refund policy is governed by Scottish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
